Job Description

  • Perform secretarial duties.
  • Process, type and edit reports and documents.
  • Arrange/schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Oversee office supplies and order replacements if needed.
  • Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings.
  • Maintain construction documentation and files.
  • Handle and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Answer and transfer calls, screen when needed.
  • Prepare and deliver sub-contracts.
  • Reconcile invoices from subcontractors.
  • Perform other general clerical duties.


  • Good communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.


  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
