Job Description

  • Execute timely and effective operations of the department.
  • Present administrative reports for the senior management team.
  • Handle correspondence and filing systems.
  • Answer phone calls and take messages.
  • Prepare and distribute memos, forms, and reports.
  • Restock the office supplies if needed.
  • Maintain and update files and information on employees, suppliers and clients.
  • Perform other secretarial duties as assigned.
