  • Type, edit and format reports/documents.
  • Execute timely, efficient/effective operations of the department.
  • Prepare/present administrative reports for the management.
  • Handle correspondence and maintain filing systems.
  • Organize and update databases.
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries, using an email system.
  • Store paperwork and computer-based information.
  • Create agendas and take minutes.
  • Order stationery and equipment as needed.
  • Perform other secretarial tasks as required.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role.
  • Advanced proficiency in managing documents and databases.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Female candidates can only apply.


  • Bachelor's Degree.
