Job Description
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders when needed.
- Prepare reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Maintain/update databases.
- Organize a filing system for company documents.
- Handle queries by employees and clients.
- Update office policies as required.
- Maintain calendar and schedule appointments.
- Distribute and prepare correspondence.
- Prepare a daily list of sales leads.
- Provide sales data and guides to the department.
- Implement and oversee the performance indicators for sales and staff members.
- Implement sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the marine or metal technical industry.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any other field.
