Job Description

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders when needed.
  • Prepare reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Maintain/update databases.
  • Organize a filing system for company documents.
  • Handle queries by employees and clients.
  • Update office policies as required.
  • Maintain calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Distribute and prepare correspondence.
  • Prepare a daily list of sales leads.
  • Provide sales data and guides to the department.
  • Implement and oversee the performance indicators for sales and staff members.
  • Implement sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the marine or metal technical industry.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any other field.
