Job Description

  • Responsible for all the company admin works.
  • Coordinate correspondence and telephone communication with clients.
  • Responsible for proper filing of all office documents, record keeping, and other related clerical tasks. 
  • Provide high-level administrative support to all management units. 
  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge in Administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
