Job Description
- Responsible for all the company admin works.
- Coordinate correspondence and telephone communication with clients.
- Responsible for proper filing of all office documents, record keeping, and other related clerical tasks.
- Provide high-level administrative support to all management units.
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls.
Requirements
- Good knowledge in Administration.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
