  • Answer and direct phone calls to the designated person.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence memos, faxes and forms.
  • Maintain an office filing system and contact lists.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports.
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries.
  • Carry out other clerical duties such as assigned.
