Job Description
- Answer phones and route calls to the designated person.
- Arrange meetings and appointments.
- Monitor office supply levels and reorder when needed.
- Maintain an office filing system for both paper and electronic records.
- Update office policies if needed.
- Distribute and store correspondence.
- Provide administrative support.
- Check, allocate, post and enter transactions.
- Prepare/deliver error-free accounting reports.
- Carry out account reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Review financial statements for any variations and issues.
- Identify accounting errors and provide solutions for improvement.
- Prepare and present balance sheet, profit & loss statement.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Multi-tasking skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
