Job Description

  • Answer phones and route calls to the designated person.
  • Arrange meetings and appointments.
  • Monitor office supply levels and reorder when needed.
  • Maintain an office filing system for both paper and electronic records.
  • Update office policies if needed.
  • Distribute and store correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Check, allocate, post and enter transactions.
  • Prepare/deliver error-free accounting reports.
  • Carry out account reconciliation on a regular basis.
  • Review financial statements for any variations and issues.
  • Identify accounting errors and provide solutions for improvement.
  • Prepare and present balance sheet, profit & loss statement.


  • Minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Multi-tasking skills.


  • Bachelor's Degree.
