  • Handle and direct phone calls to the appropriate person.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain contact lists and an office filing system.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Order office supplies when needed.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Handle/resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
  • Transcribe minutes from meetings and prepare presentations.
