Job Description

  • Work closely together with the team and other departments whilst implementing proper policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Finance office.
  • Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth operation.
  • Assist storekeeper in month-end inventory.
  • Organize, verify, and enter source data.
  • Invoice coding and input to FOCUS, SUN.
  • Obtain authorization of payments.
  • Follow up on cheque requests, entering adjusting entries.
  • Resolve creditor discrepancies, reconciling supplier statements and transactions.
  • Expense store requisitions to the correct departments.
  • Bank statement upload – daily F&B bank reconciliation.
  • Assist with invoice deliveries and daily banking.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the superior.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures and strict implementation of all company brand standards.
  • Coordinate with storekeeper to prepare the physical inventory count and verify the physical stock.


  • Knowledgeable in Accounting System.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Well-spoken.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.


  • Graduate in Accounting or related field of study.
